The barn at Red Gate is versatile all on its own. The signature red barn can serve as a great reception area if you decide to tie the knot just a few feet away under one of the farm’s large live oak trees. The live oak tree sits just in front of the water and has beautiful Spanish moss acting as the perfect decor.
Afterwards move into the barn to party it up! The barn is spacious, and is completed with an on site bar and catering area. In case of rain the barn can easily be turned into the ceremony space. The many windows on the side let in the perfect amount of light to still be able to capture great indoor photos.
The second live oak tree sits in between the grainery and the champaign bowl. The options here are limitless. You can hold the ceremony on the stage of the champagne bowl and the reception in the pavilion a few steps away. Also, you can hold the reception under the second live oak tree and finish off the night inside the grainery. Or you can come up with your own flow for the day! No matter which spot you choose for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed. Each location is rustic with convenient and modern touches…like air conditioning! It comes in handy on those hot Savannah summers!
